TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRE  365 Toilet Hire LTD


1. Definitions
“Company” refers to 365 Toilet Hire LTD.
“Client” refers to the person or entity hiring the equipment.
“Equipment” means portable toilets and any associated items supplied by the Company.

2. Hire Period
The hire period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on the agreed collection date.


3. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection will be made to the location specified by the Client.
The Client must ensure clear access for delivery vehicles.
Failed or obstructed collections may incur a surcharge.


4. Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose.
The Client is responsible for preventing misuse, damage, or tampering.
Charges may apply for repairs or replacements due to negligence.


5. Servicing
Standard servicing is included unless otherwise agreed.
Additional servicing requests may be subject to extra fees.


6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to delivery unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card and cash.


7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery: full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours: up to 50% of hire fee may be charged.


8. Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The Client is responsible for any injury or damage resulting from improper use.


9. Insurance
The Client is advised to maintain adequate insurance during the hire period.


10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond its control (e.g. extreme weather, transport disruption, industrial action).


11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


12. Subletting
·The Client will not sublet or rehire the equipment to a third party.”
